My name is Atoesa Zare and I welcome you to the website of Live In Truth Coaching & Therapy

Live In Truth is a Coaching and Therapy practice aimed at helping you through your personal development and the breakthrough of recurring unwanted patterns in your life. You can think of these patterns as repeated experiences or behaviours that block you from getting what you truly want. The patterns can be shown in your behavior, relationships, work conditions or health. You can feel unsatisfied in these areas and feel the urge to change. Maybe you have already made an attempt in breaking these patterns, but without any results. This has to do with the fact that almost all of our problems are only a reflection of a deeper underlying problem or issue within us that we are not yet aware of and need healing. In the coaching and therapy sessions we aim at investigating and working with these deeper blockages, so that the problem can be tackled at the core.

In reality we all look much more alike than we think and our experiences as a response to life’s circumstances have the same kind of underlying structure. In the most basic sense, we all experience the same kind of emotions in regards to certain events and we have the same options of choices to react to events. When we haven’t properly processed an event or an emotion, they can get stuck in our body an form a blockage in our life. Coaching and therapy can provide you with the insights and understandings so you can help yourself further by recognising the structure of your patterns. The goal is to broaden your attitude and perspective to your life so that your own problem-solving and self-healing capacity becomes activated.

Live In Truth is based on a holistic view of mankind and thus also on the problems we has humans face in life. Most of our problems are rooted in the subconscious mind and we often cannot reach that part with our conscious thinking. In addition to Psychology, the methodologies from NLP, Hypnotherapy, Schema therapy and Systemic Coaching are applied to create a more complete picture of the situation at hand so it can be dealt with from the core.

Neuro Linguistic Programming, or NLP, stands for the way in which we perceive the world around us and how we respond to it. We all perceive the same outside world through our five senses, however, we all experience this world diferrently and therefore we react and behave differently. In the process of perceiving information, we filter, ignore or generalize incoming information to make it fit into our understanding and the image we hold of the world. As a consequence we have recurring patterns of thought that influence our behaviour on a daily basis. Our thoughts and feelings guide our behaviour, regardless of whether they are based on subjective or objective information. NLP is an extremely powerful tool to make us aware of our perceptions, thought patterns and behavior, so that we can make permanent changes in our communication and behavior when necessary and achieve better results.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is the use of hypnosis as a remedy for psychological and physical complaints but also for personal or performance improvement. In hypnotherapy you will be put in a light trance by verbal communication through which you retain for control and ownership of yourself. We are all in trance several times a day, every day. It is a state of deep relaxation and strong concentration, just like when we are watching a movie that we like or listening to music that we enjoy. When we are in deep relaxation, our subconscious mind has access to the conscious mind and it can then share important information that we need to solve a problem. In daily life, our rational thinking hinder contact with the subconscious mind, and as a consequence we often can not overlook or think beyond our problem.

Dance & Movement

Our body is a very intelligent tool and communicates with us at all times. The body knows what is best for us and always strives for a healthy balance and state of being. Unfortunately, we do not always receive the signals from the body on time and as a result we experience stress, fatigue or even illness. Pain and emotions from the past that are not properly processed can then get stuck somewhere in the body. The pain often manifests itself in the form of physical complaints or a change in body posture. The way we move can give us a lot of information, about our inner life and what it is we still have to work on. Dance or movement is a powerful way to get out of our head and into our body so we can start feeling again. Moving on and connecting to music can help us release certain blockages and emotions that are stuck. Depending on the issue, dance may be used to deepen contact with the body and to recreate the flow of energy.
